l        Substitute Teachers

l        News letter should be published before the conference in spring, including the articles of Immersion camp, S&S contest (dead line should be April 30^th so that we could send them out on the first week of may)

l        Last time minutes by Inoue-sensei. (He sent it out in Japanese already but some people have problems for reading Japanese.)

l        How and Where to keep the Minutes. We have to keep Conference, Minutes and News Letters in some space.

In the needs of hard copies?

Should we buy computer?

In the space on the HP?

Saving  $5451.72

Checking $10338.31 (including Camp fee, excluding Conference fee: about $1000 from 22 attendants.)

How much should we transfer money from saving to checking ($2000, original) or to 3 month CD?
